CONNEMARA, Maplewood, Minnesota
Project comprises four, 100 unit, four story condominium buildings and a centrally placed recreation building, located on 25 sloping acres in Maplewood, Minnesota. The buildings overlook a large pond and wild life preserve. All the units are 2 and 3 bedroom units and have decks and the upper units have vaulted ceilings. Prestressed, insulated Nilcon concrete wall and floor panels were used throughout to control noise and vibration.
