TARNHILL and LOEHMAN'S PLAZA, Bloomington, Minnesota
The first phase of this hillside complex consisted of four, 72 unit buildings, designed to be later converted to condominiums. Complex includes underground parking under each building, a separate recreation building with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, handball courts, an aerobic room and a large party room. All units have balconies and wing walls give privacy to each unit. The project was a part of a major development in the city that included the Loehman Plaza Shopping Center also designed by the architects.
