This office / manufacturing plant was originally built as a WWI ammunition plant. Its newest addition of eight contiguous buildings of 265,000 sq. ft. were developed as 65 fast tracked individual projects. The plant employs 870 persons and includes offices, manufacturing and warehouse areas and a cafeteria.
