First phase of this development on the Woodstock Indian Reserve, consists of a 65,000 square foot Gaming and Restaurant facility.  Future stages will include an additional 30,000 square foot gaming area, a 200 room Hotel with convention facilities, a Truck Stop with Restaurant and Motel, several commercial and light industrial buildings, a RV park, 100 detached rental units, a fabric structure, to accommodate athletic events and meetings, and a variety of outdoor athletic facilities.  The laminated wood beams over the hexigon shaped areas are the largest that have been produced in North America.
